Terms and Conditions

• Breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is chosen between sweet (typical homemade cakes) and savoury (local cheeses and ham) available from 8:00 to 10:00;
• The tourist tax is 1.50 euro per person (excluding children under 14 years old) per night, up to 5 nights, for the stay of the following nights the tax is free.
• On request we can issue the invoice. We kindly ask you to promptly provide the header data and any other information, otherwise we will be forced to issue the simple receipt which will not be possible to cancel.
• The supplement for animals is 15 euro per day. It is forbidden to let them sleep on the bed, on request we can provide a bunk to be accommodated in the room. You can walk in the vineyards and olive groves keeping a fair distance from our free hens in the property, so we kindly ask you to keep them on a leash. Near the reception, you will find a special basket for their waste.
• The addition of an extra bed in the room is a service that we offer ONLY on request, for adults and children over 5 years (WE DO NOT accept children under 5 years). The cost is 30 euros per night.
• Here we don’t have a television and you won’t need one because the song of birds and the Nature’s sound will guide you during your sleep and your journey. 
• Inside the structure and inside the rooms is NO smoking area.
• Ai Dossi" you can ask for our Pizza tasting or traditional dishes prepared with seasonal products that the garden offers us, cutting boards with local ham and cheese typical from Lessinia mountains that Lorenzo, our chef, has selected for you. Our restaurant is not open every day in order to respect our time and our availability of products. We will therefore be happy to inform you, during your stay, the evenings in which we will be ready to welcome you for dinner and propose our dishes. We can also recommend our favorite places where you can taste typical Venetian dishes and bars or speakeasy where you can experience the alcoholic Verona’s ideas.
• The swimming pool is open from the 1^st of April to 31^st of October inclusive, dates that may vary depending on the weather. Access is exclusive for guests of the Agriturismo.

IMPORTANT RULES FOR USING THE POOL

To allow everyone to enjoy the quiet of the place we ask you to avoid shouting, diving and dangerous acts for yourself and others as leaning from the infinity edge of the pool.

Minors must be accompanied and controlled by at least one adult.

The Management is exempt from any liability for any accident caused by the violation of one or more of the rules and prohibitions in the regulation and reserves the right to remove the offenders from the pool area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is free up to 15 days before check-in, in this case the refund is 100% of the reservation amount. In case of no show or cancellation after 15 days before check-in the amount of the reservation is NOT refundable anymore.

OPENING TIMES RECEPTION, ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

➧ Check-out: by 11 am

Reception: 3pm - 6pm

In case of need, different arrival or departure times can be agreed. In case of check-in between 8 pm and midnight, upon notice, a supplement of 15 euro per person will be applied.

HOW TO REACH US

The location of our Agriturismo is on one of the hills of Verona, ideal place to have the view of the city and all the hills around, but to be able to easily reach us, our advice is to get there by car or a taxi.
