Prices and Conditions
Tourist tax: 1,5 euro for 1 day for 1 person, excluded under 14th years old, for up to 5 nights. For stays beyond 5 nights, the tax is waived.
Availability range: 6 double rooms and 3 single rooms;
➧ Check-in: from 3pm to 6pm
➧ Check-out: until 11am
If necessary, different arrival or departure times can be arranged. For check-ins between 20:00 and 24:00, a surcharge of 15 Euros per person will apply, provided prior notice is given.
No smoking area: smoking is PROHIBITED inside the property and the rooms.
General informations
Breakfast: is a choice between sweet (typical homemade cakes) and savoury (local cheeses and cold cuts) from 8am to 10am.
The room includes: bed linen, bath linen (guest towel, face towel and shower towel), shampoo and shower gel;
The room cleaning is carried out whenever the customer requests it. Hang the “Please, make up the room” tag on the entrance of the door.
The beds size is 2mx1,80m and the mattresses are in Memory, to ensure maximum comfort to our guests.
Reception time is from 3pm to 6pm. We are always available to answer your questions and to give you advice on places to visit and typical restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes.
Animals are welcome, but you can not let them sleep on the bed, so on request we can provide a bunk to be comfortable in the room. You can let them run in the vineyard, paying attention to our chickens, and outside, near the Reception, you will find a special basket for their waste.
The location of our Agritourism is on a hill, ideal place to have the view of the city and all the hills around. In order to reach us easily our advice is to get there by own vehicle or a taxi.
Invoicing: Upon request, we can issue an invoice. We kindly ask you to promptly provide the billing details and any additional information. Otherwise, we will be obliged to issue a simple receipt, which cannot be subsequently canceled or modified.
Pool
Pool: Free exclusive access for the guests of the agriturismo at the times established by the Regulation.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THE POOL The opening period depends on the wheather, generally is from May the 31st to September the 31st included. The pool stays open from 8am to 8pm, with exclusive access for the guests of the Agritourism. To allow everyone to enjoy the quiet of the place we ask you to avoid shouting, diving and doing dangerous acts for yourselves and for others.
MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
The Management is exempt from any responsibility for any accident caused by the violation of one or more of the rules and prohibitions listed above and reserves the right to remove offenders from the pool area.
